Slightly more expensive than other smart plugs but you can program it through their app or through their website on your phone or your computer. The control functionality in both places is the same! This plug shows power usage and can, if you're willing to write some scripts, turn off the device when it is used a certain amount of power, etc. Without any scripting you can set arbitrary on off schedules and observe in the app whether the room the plug is in is light or dark and whether it has been turned on or off at the plug or via the app. Robust, easy to connect, a huge ecosystem of users and devices. It is extremely important that all of these schedules and automation features run with no home automation hub and unless the devices are checking each other to make decisions they can run their programs and their schedules with no Wi-Fi connection whatsoever. They do not have to be online to be used. I have a remote cabin where I have the starlink turn on for a half hour during the middle of the day and a Wi-Fi camera lets me examine the status of my power system. If there's more I want to do or if I want to poke around the recordings in my camera I can extend the time the plug is on. It's a Nifty way to conserve power and still have access to a remote network.

This is a great smart plug! I love all the features and customization. You can update just about every setting imaginable from max power and voltage thresholds to LED color for different states. The Shelly app also includes an AI Assistant that will set up complex schedules, timers and automations just by telling it what you want to do. I successfully added a script to my modem plug that automatically power cycles it whenever the internet stalls, which helps keep my home connected. The energy monitoring is great for tracking how much your devices and appliances are consuming too. I also added a few Shelly bluetooth buttons that I leave on my night stand and desk to control plugs connected to lamps and fans. Can't really ask for much more from a smart plug.

Very versatile device, I use it to automatically restart my modem if it looses connection to the internet.

Love this guy. smaller than previous versions Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter and OHHHH THE ZIGBEE. I use Wi-Fi currently and this gives options to switch when I want to later Would be 5 stars if they open up all the functions for home assistant like they have for their other stuff, like the button and led for example. As with most products RTFM!

Work right out of the box. Was simple to program through the web interface to provide Automatic Irrigation for my hydroponic system. Hopefully it will hold up out of doors

I really wanted this to work - So Frustrating !. I'm fairly experienced with home automation and with the sometimes tricky step of connecting to a device directly in order to enable it to, in turn, log into Home Automation Network. It looked like it was going to be fine, but in the end... Direct connection to the device by a browser on its own network, trying to go around the back door using Bluetooth, come up 70 minutes plus of checking every step and trying everything I could with the help of Gemini. And in the end, no go. Incidentally, there's an interface which has a toggle labeled "enable Wi-Fi". After one attempt, this toggle would simply never move to the operating position. Many power cycles, memory resets, etc. This took me back to not ready for prime time products of early 2010s. frustrating I really wanted to like this product because I think the approach Shelly's taken to developing products and thinking about home automation is industry leading and transformative -- This is the first chance I've had to actually buy one of their products. Erghhh. I'll keep watching this Company and its products with hope . That said, my experience was of a product was not ready for prime time.

Really great little device. Multiple ways you can use it, as a simple plug or as a notification device by controlling the LED state. There are custom community drivers available on the Hubitat platform that make this a lot of fun to have. Highly recommended.

Excellent product with great features for remote access, power monitoring, schedules, and integration to Google or other home assistants.

Es muy bueno, he logrado programar para que encienda y apague después de cierto tiempo de uso, tengo otro que se activa la notificación cuando consume más de ciertos wats por x tiempo. Te ayuda a saber el consumo por día, semana o mes de tu dispositivo. Puedes encender y/o apagarlos a distancia. La app de Shelly es súper fluida y excelente interfaz, los puedes distribuir por estancias. Es una buena inversión para quienes buscamos controlar y monitorear.
