Adds Forward to the ecosystem directory under Services/Endpoints.

Forward is a pay-per-result growth service built for agent commerce: agents buy qualified leads, sales meetings, SEO content, and verified ad conversions, and x402 is one of its three first-class payment rails — credits top-ups and checkouts answer with a 402 challenge (accepts/payTo/facilitator) and settle via the X-PAYMENT header, with facilitator verification in live mode.
