Ecosystem: add Agent402 (Services/Endpoints)

Description

Adds Agent402 to the x402 ecosystem (Services/Endpoints). Data-only change: a new metadata.json plus logo under typescript/site/app/ecosystem/partners-data/agent402/ and typescript/site/public/logos/agent402.png.

Agent402 is a live x402 service — 1,000+ pay-per-call web tools for AI agents (headless browser, live search, PDFs, durable memory, utilities) settled in USDC on Base. Open source, with an MCP connector.
