command center for a node launcher.


1)wait for a node to revert, and :
2)reset the network -> "hardcoded"
3)update itself from  git://github.com/euqe-team/commandCenter.git -> "hardcoded"
4)let the hub know it's ready to receive command -> depends on what was pulled 

5)Command are then executed by a python server. See startCommandCenterServer.py

requirements : python3.1
usage : 
python3.1 launcher.py 00:0c:29:86:ea:06

launch that before taking the "ok" snapshot of the node.
Reverting will trigger 1..5
