World of Kung Fu was officially shut down by its developer Vestgame on December 21, 2011, as noted on World of Kung Fu Fandom.
Although there is a private server, mentioned both on Reddit and World of Kung Fu Fandom, its online population is very small (under 100 players) and does not justify keeping support for this protocol.
