@ZephyrKeXiner sorry for delays, I am merging this PR to add CN docs and If you find problems or bugs please let us know and open PR also we try to check in time also main docs might changes so it will be best efford to keep it up. but thank you so much for initial PR |

Introduction
This PR adds a Chinese translation for the SAHI documentation to improve accessibility for the Chinese community.
