The man who handled my issue was thorough and resolved my issue. It had been an ongoing problem and he walked me through the resolution. We deleted extra items in storage ad upgraded my plan to handle the content. I am quite satisfied.
I have a basic website being used as a 5-page catalog. I did not pay attention to needing Malware protection thinking no one would be interested in it. I suspect BOTs are out there and it got infection. This was an expensive lesson that Malware protection is necessary. For the client's well being, it should be provided at no additional cost and you can increase the montly hosting fee by $ 20. Making it a Menu item can be misleading to those not familiar with the latest IT.
